The holiday party is our flagship internal moment: a sit-down dinner for 50 to 100 employees followed by an after-party, complete with a full awards ceremony celebrating the team members who most embody Fohr's values.
In November 2025, we added a new milestone to the calendar - Fohr's first-ever internal summit: a three-day team-building and strategic alignment event, anchored by a first day at an offsite venue with full catering dedicated to realigning around our vision and kicking off 2026 with intention.
Fohr Fun covers the rest of the year with a rotating slate of team experiences like end-of-summer picnics, Fohr Olympics, Halloween parties, and more, while Fohr Good channels that same energy outward through community impact programming such as donation drives coordinated with brands and influencers, and hands-on volunteer sessions like packing meal kits for families at the Henry Street Settlement.
Across all internal programming I own venue research and selection, contract negotiation, catering and menu curation, run of show, merch coordination, internal communications, budget management, timeline creation and every detail that makes the difference between an event people attend and one they actually remember.
