Annual Black Tie
Event Producer

Once a year, Fohr throws a party worth dressing up for, reminding us what is worth celebrating. The annual black tie is our biggest gathering, 200+ guests, a high-end venue, and an evening designed to honor the relationships that make this company what it is: day-to-day clients, our internal team, influencers, and the friends and supporters who have been in our corner. Past venues have included Indochine, Le Bar Pénélope, and the Baretto Room, always a space that arrives with its own atmosphere, and that we make entirely our own.

I manage every layer of production: venue research and selection, contract negotiation, menu curation, entertainment sourcing and contracting, photographer selection and coordination, up until next-day delivery and distribution of photos so guests wake up with memories of night already in their inbox. Simultaneously, I build the outreach strategy and invitation language from scratch each year, manage the full RSVP process, oversee décor and venue transformation, and run the show on the night itself. The goal is always the same: a memorable evening that feels like a genuine celebration, not a corporate event with a dress code.
